Comic Book Show Specials — Pick Five and Save
We’re bringing special pricing on comic books to our Halloween show in St. Catharines. If you enjoy digging through long boxes, filling gaps in a run, or picking up several books at once, these deals are worth checking out.
$3 Comic Books — Pick Any 5 for $10
Choose any five books from our $3 comic book section for just $10. That’s $5 off the regular combined price of five books.
$5 Comic Books — Pick Any 5 for $15
Choose any five books from our $5 comic book section for just $15. That’s $10 off the regular combined price of five books.
Both specials are mix-and-match within their respective price sections. You choose the books you want and build your own stack.
The two offers apply separately: pick five books from the $3 section for $10, or pick five books from the $5 section for $15. You can mix and match titles within each section, so you don’t have to buy five copies of the same comic.
These deals are a good opportunity to add more books to your collection without paying full individual asking prices. Whether you’re working on a series, looking for interesting covers, hunting for affordable reading material, or simply enjoy finding a bargain, take some time to dig through the boxes.
What Will Niagara Falls Comics Have at the Show?
Our main focus will be comic books, but we’ll also have some trading cards, toys, and magazines available.
Back Issue Comic Books
Back issues are a big part of collecting. Sometimes you’re looking for a particular issue to complete a run. Other times, you’re searching for a memorable cover, a favourite character, a significant story, or a book you remember reading years ago.
Our selection is aimed at giving collectors an opportunity to browse, discover, and find something worth taking home. You never know what might turn up when you start digging through a box of comics.
Comic Book Collectibles and Trading Cards
Alongside the comics, we’ll have some trading cards and other collectibles. If you enjoy browsing different types of collectibles under one roof, there will be more to look through than comic books alone.
Toys and Magazines
We’ll also have a selection of toys and magazines mixed in with our inventory. These are worth checking out if your collecting interests extend beyond comic books or if you’re looking for something a little different.
Our inventory varies from show to show, so if you’re looking for something specific, stop by and talk to us. We always enjoy talking with fellow collectors about what they’re searching for.
A Halloween Event for Comic Book Collectors in Niagara
Halloween is a great excuse to get out, explore a local event, and spend some time doing something you enjoy. For comic book fans and collectors in St. Catharines and the wider Niagara Region, our upcoming appearance at the Port Dalhousie Lions Club is an opportunity to browse comic books and collectibles in person.
Online listings can be useful when you’re looking for a particular issue, but there’s something different about looking through physical comic books. You can inspect the covers, check the condition, discover unfamiliar titles, and stumble across something you weren’t expecting to find.
You can also talk directly with the person selling the books. If you collect a particular character, follow a specific series, or have questions about an issue, come have a conversation.
At Niagara Falls Comics, we believe collecting should be about more than just buying and selling. It’s about the books, the hunt, the conversations, and the satisfaction of finding something you’ve been looking for.
And, of course, it’s about making a good deal when the opportunity comes along.
Bring Your Comic Book Want Lists and Trade Books
If you’re attending the Halloween show with a list of issues you’re trying to track down, bring it with you. Having your want list handy makes it easier to keep an eye out for books that could be a good fit for your collection.
You can also bring your trade books if you want to talk comics and collecting. We’re always happy to chat with other collectors, hear what they’re working on, and talk about the hobby.
Whether you’re a seasoned collector with decades of experience or someone who’s recently started buying comic books, you’re welcome to stop by.
You don’t need to be searching for a rare key issue or a high-value collectible to enjoy a comic show. Sometimes the best finds are the inexpensive books that help you finish a run, introduce you to a new character, or bring back memories of an old favourite.
With our five-for-$10 and five-for-$15 comic book specials, Halloween is a particularly good time to browse the boxes and see what catches your eye.
